How long has Moo-Lolly-Bar been in business?
Moo-Lolly-Bar has been in business since 2006. Our ABN is 14 611 087 798.
Do you have an actual physical shop?
No, Moo-Lolly-Bar is a completely online business that is based in Queensland, on the Sunshine Coast. As we have none of the overheads associated with a physical store we are however able to offer our products at more competitive prices than other specialist retailers that trade out of a shop.
How can I contact you?
You can contact Moo-Lolly-Bar in several ways including email, phone and in writing. Our preferred method of contact is via email.
I live outside of Queensland. Can I still place an order?
Yes you can. We dispatch orders to any residential, business or PO Box address in Australia. Infact even though we are based on the Sunshine Coast we dispatch more orders to New South Wales and Victoria than we do to Queensland addresses!
Is there a minimum order value I need to place?
No there is not a minimum order. Although to make your order cost effective when taking into account the cost of postage we suggest you place an order of at least $20.
Do you have stock on hand?
No. At Moo-Lolly-Bar we operate on an ‘order-in’ basis which means we only order products from our suppliers once we receive an order from a customer. This allows us to provide our customers with as fresh a product a possible in terms of the lead up to its ‘Best Before’ date.
It is for this reason that we request you Contact Us first to ascertain availability if your purchase is required for a specific date or occasion as it can often take up to 2 weeks to source a product, especially if it is imported from overseas.
Please note: Moo-Lolly-Bar will not consider any requests for a refund or product return if you failed to let us know via email that you needed the product by a certain date.
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
If the product you ordered is available from our suppliers it will typically be dispatched within 2-3 working days of us receiving payment of the order. This will be done either via Australia Express or Registered Post or a courier company – most often Fastway – depending on the size of your order and where you live.
Regardless of the method of dispatch you will receive via email a consignment number that will allow you to track the progress of your order either by telephone or online.

Please note: Australia Post & Fastway are completely independent organisations to Moo-Lolly-Bar to which we have no direct operating control over. For this reason we cannot, and will not, accept responsibility for any delays, errors or failures of delivery by them. We will however always work with you to ascertain the most up-to-date status of your order whilst it is in transit.
How much will the cost of postage be for my order?
At Moo-Lolly-Bar we charge a flat rate of $15 for shipping. However if you spend more than $150 we will ship your order for free.
Although we offer FREE POSTAGE via Australia Registered Post for all orders over $150, in the warmer months we would highly recommend that you upgrade to the Warm Weather Shipping option, especially if you live in WA,SA, NT, TAS, or outback areas of Australia.
Given the timeframe of delivery by Australia Post from our office on the Sunshine Coast to these areas can be anything from 4-6 working days it will significantly improve the chances of the lollies arriving to you in the perfect condition in which it left Moo-Lolly-Bar.
Due to the policies outlined on this page, and our unwavering commitment to never knowingly sending customers damaged or out of date products, we will not consider a refund claim for damaged goods by any customer who did not purchase a warm weather shipping option.
How can I pay for my order?
Our shopping cart directly accepts credit card and PayPal payments. In addition we also accept Internet Bank Transfers, Cheques and Money Orders. Regardless of your preferred method, your order will not be dispatched until we have received your payment.
Do you dispatch orders overseas?
No. Unfortunately at present we are unable to dispatch orders outside of Australia as we simply have not found a method that allows us to do so in a cost effective and secure manner which would also ensure our products don’t damage.
I live overseas but want to place an order for someone in Australia. Can I do that through your site?
Yes you can! Simply input a different delivery address to that of the billing address when placing your order. We would also recommend choosing the Paymate Gateway as opposed to PayPal as the latter does not support orders from overseas addresses but the former does.

Are you able to source a particular product for me?
Possibly. We have a network of suppliers that might offer or be able to source a particular product for you. If you would like us to find something please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do.
