At Moo-Lolly-Bar we strive to provide you with the freshest stock possible. As a result we do not have stock on hand. Rather we operate on an ‘order-in’ basis which means we only order stock from a supplier once we receive an order from a customer.
This policy allows us to source stock from our suppliers which has a longer run up to its ‘Best Before’ date than are usually provided by competitors who, by bulk buying and stockpiling, might have goods that have been sitting in their storage areas for a long period of time.

At Moo-Lolly-Bar we dispatch online orders of chocolates, lollies and confectionery from our Sunshine Coast base, to any residential, business or PO Box address in Australia. It doesn’t matter where you live, or where you want it sent to within the country, our delivery network will get it there.
Even though we are based in Queensland, we dispatch more orders to New South Wales than any other state in Australia. Victoria comes in second, with Queensland coming in a close third ahead of Western Australia and South Australia respectively who in turn are ahead of Tasmania and NT.

Moo-Lolly-Bar was one of the first online confectionery retailers to offer a free postage option when we launched our website way back in 2007.
Today we offer free postage and packaging if you spend over $150 to any address in Australia. If your order value is under $150 we charge a flat fee of $15.
13. Fully Trackable Delivery
At Moo-Lolly-Bar we dispatch orders via either Fastway Couriers or Australia Post depending on where you live.
Typically we use Fastway for customers in metropolitan areas of the Eastern Seaboard as well as Victoria and South Australia. For rural areas within Australia as well as WA, NT and Tasmania we use Australia Post.
Both of these dispatch methods are fully trackable online and require a signature on delivery. Once we have sent the order to you we will email you a tracking number.
That said, if your order is of an urgent nature, or if you live near one of our suppliers, to save time we often arrange for them to deliver the products directly to you.
14. Different Payment Methods
Should you wish to place an order through our online confectionery store you can choose to pay for the order in a number of ways including credit card, PayPal and EFT. In addition we also accept direct deposits and cheques.
